Server Performance & Capacity. 3.1. CentralSquare shall provide sufficient server capacity for the duration of this hosting Agreement to meet the reasonable performance requirements for the number of concurrent system users provided for in this Agreement. If the Customer requests, at some later date, to add additional Solutions, increase user licenses, increase storage or processing requirements, and/or request additional environments, these requests will be evaluated and if additional resources are required to support modifications, additional fees may apply.

Server Performance & Capacity. Origin shall provide sufficient server capacity for the duration of this Agreement to meet the reasonable performance requirements for the number of concurrent system users provided for herein. In the event that Service Availability remains below 99.5% for any three (3) months in a rolling twelve (12) month period, Origin shall immediately increase Service Availability by whatever means are necessary at no additional expense to Customer, to meet or exceed the performance requirements of this Agreement.

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s). These tools will include the Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit H), to be completed by Customers on a quarterly basis. Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).

  • Work Performance All work in performance of this Lease shall be done by skilled workers or mechanics and shall be acceptable to the RECO. The RECO may reject the Lessor’s workers 1) if such are unlicensed, unskilled, or otherwise incompetent, or 2) if such have demonstrated a history of either untimely or otherwise unacceptable performance in connection with work carried out in conjunction with either this contract or other Government or private contracts.
