SEQUENCE OF WORK. 13.9.1 A schedule of the Contractor's work shall be submitted to the City for approval as required under Article V of the Agreement. It shall contain a listing of the order in which the Contract items will be constructed and the approximate dates for starting and finishing each Contract item.

SEQUENCE OF WORK. Excavation, cleaning, laying, jointing and backfilling shall be kept up as closely as is possible so as to progress in a uniform, workmanlike manner. In no case shall pipe be left in the trench overnight, without completing jointing. The completed pipe line shall not be left exposed in the trench unnecessarily and the Contractor will be required to backfill and compact the trench as soon as possible after jointing and laying is completed. The Contractor shall keep exposed ends of pipe properly plugged during laying to prevent dirt and other materials entering the line. Each day at the close of work, and at all times when laying is not in progress the exposed end of the pipe line in the trench shall be closed by the use of an approved header or barrier of wood or metals. If at any time it becomes necessary to cover the ends of an uncompleted pipe line with backfill, the end of such pipe line shall be closed, using a header with mechanical joint plug.

SEQUENCE OF WORK. 13.1 The Parties’ obligations under this EPC Contract related to the performance of the Work shall begin on the date that Owner delivers the NTP to EPC Contractor (the “NTP Date”). Owner shall be required to issue and deliver the NTP to EPC Contractor upon the closing of the Acquisition and the delivery of proof of all insurance coverage required under ARTICLE 39.

SEQUENCE OF WORK. The following sequence of work is to be performed in series for each of the four towers.  Remove and dispose of existing packing material in the tower.  Pressure wash interior of the tower.  Clean bottom of the unit below the lower grating, remove blind flange and clean piping on the second floor.  Assist County Staff, as needed, with inspection of the unit prior to reinstallation of the man-ways.  Install approximately twelve (12) bags of new media.  Place the unit back into service.  Proceed to step one for the second, third and fourth towers.
SEQUENCE OF WORK. OWNER reserves the right to schedule sequence of construction; that is, which portion of the project will be constructed first. Warehouse rack installer will be responsible for cleanup of all packing debris and rack material debris and trash associated with the rack material. The Landlord will be responsible for cleanup of all other trash from the rack installation. · The Landlord will repair any and all defects in the concrete floor surface. Should the warehouse rack installer damage the concrete floor, the repair for that damage will be accomplished by the Landlord and the cost of the repair will be borne by the warehouse rack installer. Building Cost Distribution: · The Landlord has provided a complete Building Cost Breakdown in the format provided in Tenant’s Request for Proposal for this Project (the “RFP”).
