Common use of Separation of Employment Clause in Contracts

Separation of Employment. Your employment with the Company has terminated, without cause, effective January 28, 2015 (the “Separation Date”). You understand and acknowledge that, from and after the Separation Date, you shall have no authority and shall not represent yourself as an employee or agent of the Company or any of its affiliates. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that you will cooperate with the Company’s reasonable requests for information and assistance in connection with the transitioning of your duties.

Separation of Employment. Your You resigned your employment with the Company has terminatedeffective as of January 23, without cause, effective January 28, 2015 2021 (the “Separation Date”). You understand and acknowledge that, that from and after the Separation Date, you shall not have no any authority and shall not represent yourself as an employee or agent of the Company or any of its affiliates. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that you will cooperate with the Company’s reasonable requests for information and assistance in connection with the transitioning of your duties.

You understand and acknowledge that, that from and after the Separation Date, you shall have no authority to bind the Company and shall not represent yourself as an employee or agent of the Company or for any of its affiliates. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that you will cooperate with the Company’s reasonable requests for information and assistance in connection with the transitioning of your dutiespurpose at any time.

Separation of Employment. Your employment with the Company has terminatedwill terminate at the close of business on October 1, without cause, effective January 28, 2015 2017 (the “Separation Date”). You understand and acknowledge that, that from and after the Separation Date, you shall have no authority to, and shall not represent yourself as an employee or agent of the Company or any of its affiliates. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that you will cooperate with the Company’s reasonable requests for information and assistance in connection with the transitioning of your duties.

Separation of Employment. Your employment with the Company has will terminate (or terminated) effective August 14, without cause, effective January 28, 2015 2006 (the “"Separation Date”"). You understand and acknowledge that, that from and after the Separation Date, you shall have no authority and shall not represent yourself as an employee or agent of the Company or any of its affiliates. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that you will cooperate with the Company’s reasonable requests for information and assistance in connection with the transitioning of your duties.

Separation of Employment. Your You acknowledge that your employment with the Company has terminatedshall terminate effective May 8, without cause, effective January 28, 2015 2019 (the “Separation Date”). You understand and acknowledge that, that from and after the Separation Date, you shall have no authority and shall not represent yourself as an employee or agent of the Company. As of the Separation Date, you shall be deemed to have resigned (and hereby memorialize such resignation) from each and every other office, position or responsibility in which you served for the Company or any and each of its respective affiliates. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that you will cooperate with subsidiaries or divisions, including, without limitation, your position as Treasurer of the Company’s reasonable requests for information and assistance in connection with the transitioning of your duties.

Separation of Employment. Your employment with the Company has terminated, without cause, effective January will terminate on February 28, 2015 2009 (the “Separation Date”). You understand and acknowledge that, that from and after the Separation Date, you shall have no authority to, and shall not not, represent yourself as an employee or agent of the Company or any of its affiliates. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that you will cooperate with the Company’s reasonable requests for information and assistance in connection with the transitioning of your duties.

As a courtesy, the Company or will provide you with a draft of the press release regarding your separation from the Company prior to issuing a final version of the same, and will consider (but will not be required to adopt) any comments to the wording of its affiliates. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that you will cooperate with the Company’s reasonable requests for information and assistance in connection with the transitioning of your dutiessuch press release.
