Common use of Separation of Employment Clause in Contracts

Separation of Employment. Employee acknowledges and understands that Employee’s last day of employment with ID Systems was _______________ (the “Separation Date”). Employee acknowledges and agrees that, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Employee has received all compensation and benefits to which Employee is entitled as a result of Employee’s employment. Employee understands that, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Employee is entitled to nothing further from any of the Released Parties, including reinstatement by ID Systems.

Employee acknowledges and agrees that, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Employee has received all compensation and benefits to which Employee is entitled as a result of Employee’s employment. Employee understands that, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Employee is entitled to nothing further from any of the Released Parties, including reinstatement by ID Systems.
