Common use of Separate Sales Clause in Contracts

Separate Sales. Any real estate or any interest or estate therein sold pursuant to any writ of execution issued on a judgment obtained by virtue of the Credit Agreement, the Notes, this Mortgage or the other Collateral Documents, or pursuant to any other judicial proceedings under this Mortgage, may be sold in one parcel, as an entirety or in such parcels, and in such manner or order as Mortgagee, in its sole discretion, may elect.

Separate Sales. Any real estate or any interest or estate therein Property sold pursuant to any judgment or writ of execution issued on a judgment obtained by virtue of the Credit Agreement, the Notes, this Mortgage or the any other Collateral DocumentsLoan Document, or pursuant to any other judicial proceedings under this Mortgage, or pursuant to the Power of Sale granted in this Mortgage, may be sold in one parcel, as an entirety or in such parcels, and in such manner or order as MortgageeLender, in its sole discretion, may elect.

Any real estate or any interest or estate therein sold pursuant to any writ of execution issued on a judgment court order obtained by virtue of the Credit Agreement, the Notes, this Mortgage or the other Collateral DocumentsMortgage, or pursuant to any other judicial proceedings under this Mortgage, may be sold in one parcel, as an entirety entirety, or in such parcels, and in such manner or order as Mortgagee, in its sole discretion, may electelect to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the state in which the Mortgaged Property is situated.

Separate Sales. Any real estate or any interest or estate therein sold pursuant to any non-judicial proceedings or any writ of execution issued on a judgment obtained by virtue of the Credit Agreement, the Notes, this Mortgage or the other Collateral Transaction Documents, or pursuant to any other judicial proceedings under this MortgageMortgage or the other Transaction Documents, may be sold in one parcel, as an entirety entirety, or in such parcels, and in such manner or order as MortgageeLender, in its sole discretion, may elect.
