Separate Parcel. Each Project's Real Property is taxed separately without regard to any other property and for all purposes such Real Property may be mortgaged, conveyed, and otherwise dealt with as an independent parcel.

Separate Parcel. Each individual parcel comprising each Closing Date Property (i) is not part of a larger tract of land owned by any Obligor or any of their Affiliates that is not also a portion of such Closing Date Property (except for the non-investment grade shop space that is bifurcated with a ground lease in place with the applicable Subsidiary Guarantor) and (ii) is not otherwise included under any unity of title or similar covenant with other lands not encumbered by the Mortgages. Each Closing Date Property constitutes separate tax lots with separate tax assessments for such Closing Date Property, independent of those for any other lands or improvements that are not also a portion of such Closing Date Property.
