Separate Notification. Separate notification regarding changes to account information, including those to the Designated Account, must be made to outside services used by Merchant including but not limited to American Express and any leasing company.
Separate Notification. If the Client is unable to give to FGI every one of the relevant warranties and undertakings referable to the Receivables contained in this schedule 2, then the Client shall Notify such Receivables to FGI separately from other Receivables and clearly state in the relevant Notification the reason for such separate Notification. All such Receivables shall be Disapproved Receivables.
