Separate Accounts for Each Fund. As to each Fund, the Custodian shall open and maintain a separate bank account or accounts in the United States in the name of the Trust coupled with the name of such Fund, subject only to draft or order by the Custodian acting pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and shall hold all cash received by it from or for the account of the Fund, other than cash maintained by the Fund in a bank account established and used by the Fund in accordance with Rule 17f-3 under the Act. Moneys held by the Custodian on behalf of a Fund may be deposited by the Custodian to its credit as Custodian in the banking department of the Custodian. Such moneys shall be deposited by the Custodian in its capacity as such, and shall be withdrawable by the Custodian only in such capacity.

  • Separate Accounts If the Fund has more than one series or portfolio, the Bank will segregate the assets of each series or portfolio to which this Agreement relates into a separate account for each such series or portfolio containing the assets of such series or portfolio (and all investment earnings thereon). Unless the context otherwise requires, any reference in this Agreement to any actions to be taken by the Fund shall be deemed to refer to the Fund acting on behalf of one or more of its series, any reference in this Agreement to any assets of the Fund, including, without limitation, any portfolio securities and cash and earnings thereon, shall be deemed to refer only to assets of the applicable series, any duty or obligation of the Bank hereunder to the Fund shall be deemed to refer to duties and obligations with respect to such individual series and any obligation or liability of the Fund hereunder shall be binding only with respect to such individual series, and shall be discharged only out of the assets of such series.

  • Separate Account NML Variable Annuity Account B. The Separate Account consists of assets set aside by the Company, the investment performance of which is kept separate from that of the general assets and all other separate account assets of the Company.

  • SUBACCOUNTS The Separate Account is divided into Subaccounts which invest in shares of mutual funds.   • Establishment of Custodial Account; Deposits in Custodial Account The Seller shall segregate and hold all funds collected and received pursuant to each Mortgage Loan separate and apart from any of its own funds and general assets and shall establish and maintain one or more Custodial Accounts (collectively, the “Custodial Account”), titled “PrimeLending, in trust for Redwood Residential Acquisition Corporation as Purchaser of Mortgage Loans and various Mortgagors.” Such Custodial Account shall be an Eligible Account established with a commercial bank, a savings bank or a savings and loan association (which may be a depository affiliate of the Seller) which meets the guidelines set forth by the FHFA, Fxxxxx Mxx or Fxxxxxx Mac as an eligible depository institution for custodial accounts. The Custodial Account shall not be transferred to any other depository institution without the Purchaser’s approval, which shall not unreasonably be withheld. In any case, the Custodial Account shall be insured by the FDIC in a manner which shall provide maximum available insurance thereunder and which may be drawn on by the Seller. The Seller shall deposit in the Custodial Account on a daily basis, and retain therein the following payments and collections received or made by it subsequent to the related Cut-off Date (other than in respect of principal and interest on the Mortgage Loans due on or before the related Cut-off Date):

  • Retirement Accounts With respect to certain retirement plans or accounts (such as individual retirement accounts (“IRAs”), SIMPLE IRAs, SEP IRAs, Xxxx IRAs, Education IRAs, and 403(b) Plans (such accounts, “Retirement Accounts”), the Transfer Agent, at the request and expense of the Fund, provide or arrange for the provision of various services to such plans and/or accounts, which services may include custodial agent services such as account set-up maintenance, and disbursements as well as such other services as the parties hereto shall mutually agree upon.

  • Income Account The Trustee shall collect the dividends and other cash distributions on the Securities in each Trust which would be treated as dividend (other than capital gain dividends) or interest income under the Internal Revenue Code as such become payable (including all monies which would be so treated representing penalties for the failure to make timely payments on the Securities, or as liquidated damages for default or breach of any condition or term of the Securities or of the underlying instrument relating to any Securities and other income attributable to a Failed Contract Obligation for which no Replacement Security has been obtained pursuant to Section 3.12 hereof) and credit such income to a separate account for each Trust to be known as the "Income Account." Any non-cash distributions received by a Trust shall be sold to the extent they would be treated as dividend or interest income under the Internal Revenue Code and the proceeds shall be credited to the Income Account. Except as provided in the preceding sentence, non-cash distributions received by a Trust (other than a non-taxable distribution of the shares of the distributing corporation which shall be retained by a Trust) shall be dealt with in the manner described in Section 3.11, herein, and shall be retained or disposed of by such Trust according to those provisions and the proceeds thereof shall be credited to the Capital (Principal) Account. Neither the Trustee nor the Depositor shall be liable or responsible in any way for depreciation or loss incurred by reason of any such sale. All other distributions received by a Trust shall be credited to the Capital (Principal) Account."

  • Benefit of Accounts; Deposits and Withdrawals The Bank Accounts and all cash, money, securities, investments, financial assets and other property deposited in or credited to them will be held by the Indenture Trustee as secured party for the benefit of the Secured Parties and, after payment in full of the Notes and the release of the Bank Accounts from the Lien of the Indenture, as agent of the Issuer and as part of the Trust Property. All deposits to and withdrawals from the Bank Accounts will be made according to the Transaction Documents.
