Sensitive Data or Special Categories of Data. The Data Exporter’s respondents may submit special categories of personal data to the Data Importer via the Services, the extent of which is determined and controlled by the Data Exporter and may include but is not limited to: racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, and/or data concerning health.
