Seniority While on Leave. Employees will not continue to accrue seniority credit for all time spent on authorized unpaid leave of absence beyond three months except for authorized leave due to circumstances beyond the control of the employee such as medical leave, military leave, etc.
Seniority While on Leave. Seniority may be accumulated during, but is not necessarily limited to, approved educational leave and approved leave to attend to the business of the Association as it relates to the Municipality.
Seniority While on Leave. When a Professional Staff Member is on any approved leave, their seniority shall not be broken. They shall accrue seniority on leaves if it so states in the leave section. ARTICLE TWENTY-THREE
Seniority While on Leave. Employees will continue to accrue seniority credit for time spent on authorized paid leave of absence. Employees on unpaid leave of absence (except those on reserve military leave) shall not accrue paid holidays, vacation, sick leave or any other paid time off.
