Seniority Tie. Breakers As established above, seniority shall commence on the date an individual becomes employed or promoted as a regular full-time sworn Sergeant. Seniority rosters will be provided to the Chapter President or Assembly President and posted in the work areas of affected employees.   • SENIORITY 10.1 Seniority shall be defined as an employee's uninterrupted length of continuous service as a bargaining unit member.
