Seniority Rights on Re-Employment. (a) An employee who returns to work after the expiration of her maternity or adoption leave shall retain service credits and seniority rights accumulated prior to the parental leave and shall be credited with additional service credits and seniority for the period of time covered by the maternity or adoption leave.
