SENIORITY PROBATIONARY PERIOD. ‌ Newly hired employees shall have no seniority during their probationary period, but upon completion of the probationary period their seniority date shall be the date of hire. All new employees shall serve a probationary period of one hundred (100) tours after completion of the Fire Academy. Employees who have worked one hundred (100) tours after completion of the Fire Academy shall be known as permanent employees and the probationary period shall be considered as part of their seniority time.
