Seniority Employees. The Company shall commence contributions at the completion of the employee's probation period, but no later than 90 days after date of hire.
Seniority Employees a) Notice of apprenticeship openings will be posted on Company’s bulletin board. Applications for apprenticeship will be ac- cepted by the personnel department from seniority employeeswho consider themselves eligible under this program of training. Applicants meeting the minimum eligibility requirements as outlined in Article will be turned over to the Joint Apprenticeship Com- mittee for review and selection. Eligible seniority employees will be given first pref- erence for acceptance into this program. When senior- ity and ability are equal, seniority will prevail.

Application and Standards Eligible applicants will be selected through the application of the standards as established by the Joint Apprenticeship Committee which will incorporate aptitude, education and related work experience. The apprenticeship will be filled by the senior applicant who attains the designated minimum qualifications. The established process will be reviewed and approved by the Manager of Human Resources and the Shop Chairperson.
Seniority Employees. Any seniority employee who shall fail to maintain proper standards of conduct or to discharge his responsibilities shall be subject to such disciplinary action as the Employer shall determine, consistent with the provisions of this Agreement.

The employee located at Victory, Performance or Excellence building may be placed in an opening in the employees classification between Victory, Performance or Excellence building on the preferred shift.
