SENIORITY AND SENIORITY RIGHTS. 1. Seniority will be measured from the Employee’s most recent date of hire in the Bargaining Unit. The agreed upon seniority dates of current employees is set forth in Exhibit A.

SENIORITY AND SENIORITY RIGHTS. 9.1 - Full-time seniority is defined as a Police Officer’s length of continuous service with the Police Department since his original date of appointment as a full-time officer. Seniority shall be by rank with the full-time officers having seniority over all part-time officers.
