SENIORITY AND RECALL. (a) A casual employee shall be recalled for work at his/her point of assembly based on his/her current standing on the recall list subject to his/her ability to meet the requirements of the job.

SENIORITY AND RECALL. An employee laid off and rehired during the recall period shall be granted seniority for the period of layoff.
SENIORITY AND RECALL. In cases of retrenchment, seniority shall be used to determine the order of retrenchment at the campus suffering the financial exigency. The Jamestown Campus and the Cattaraugus County Campus shall each have separate seniority lists. If it becomes necessary to transfer faculty members from one campus to the other, they shall carry their seniority with them. However, no faculty retrenched from either campus shall oust full-time, continuing contract faculty from the other. The above provisions are meant to apply to ‘non-teaching’ faculty members of the Association, as well as to ‘teaching’ faculty.

Seniority in the school district shall be defined as the length of service to the district pro- rated for part-time employees hired after 8-16-2004 as determined by the date of hire in the Frankfort-Elberta Area Schools less any Board approved unpaid leave time deducted. In the event a bargaining unit member leaves the unit to serve the school district as an administrator, or his/her program has been transferred to another employer at no fault of the teacher, his/her seniority shall be frozen. Xxxxxxx shall again commence if said administrator/teacher returns to the bargaining unit. (See addendum attached to Master Agreement) In the event more than one (1) individual has the same effective date of hire, all individuals so affected will participate in a drawing to determine placement on the seniority list.
