Senior Vice Presidents. The Senior Vice Presidents, if any, shall be the deputy chief executive officers of the Company and shall exercise such authority over the activities of the Company as prescribed by the President. In the absence or disability of the President, they shall, in the order designated by the President or the Board, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the President.

Senior Vice Presidents. The Board of Directors may appoint one or more Senior Vice Presidents of the Association. Each Senior Vice President shall have general executive powers as well as the specific powers conferred by these By-Laws. He shall also have such further powers and duties as may from time to time be assigned to him by the Board of Directors, the Chairman, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, or any Vice Chairman.
