Senior Project Personnel. Construction Manager has identified to the Owner its Senior Project Personnel, including the Construction Manager’s Project Manager who will be responsible for the Project, and all full-time supervisory personnel for the Project, including the superintendent, and their respective reimbursement rates (for salaries and benefits) as set out in Exhibit C (Construction Manager’s Personnel Rates Schedule). Construction Manager shall also identify any consultants that will be performing services for the Project. After execution of this Agreement by the Owner, Construction Manager shall not, except for instances of discharge or termination of employment, remove or replace the persons or entities assigned to the Project except with the Owner’s written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Construction Manager shall not assign to the Project or contract with any person or entity to which Owner has a reasonable objection. Construction Manager shall promptly update Owner in writing with the list of persons and consultants if they change during the course of the Project.

Senior Project Personnel. Xx. Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Pollack, Chair of Coastal Conservation and Restoration at the Xxxxx Research Institute and Associate Professor of Marine Biology in the College of Science and Engineering at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, is the Principal Investigator (PI) for this project. Xx. Xxxxxxx’x work has been in healthy habitats including examining the response of organisms to changing environmental conditions. Her research has a strong field-based component and is support by laboratory analyses and statistical approaches. She has developed tools, including benefit-cost analyses and restoration suitability indices, to support natural resource management decision-making. SCOPE OF WORK (SOW) Task 1 | Field evaluation of POCCA submerged properties for oysters Objective: This task provides for field collection of oysters and surficial sediments to determine natural resource characteristics of POCCA submerged properties, including 1,641 acres in Corpus Christi Bay (Figure 1). Field Data Collection Field sampling will begin in fall 2019. Sampling will be conducted using diver-quadrats from a boat. Regularly-spaced quadrat samples will be collected at a distance of 200 m spacing adjacent to suspected oyster reef at Indian Point, and 500 m spacing elsewhere, resulting in 44 oyster/sediment samples. At each sample location, divers will place a 0.5 m2 quadrat on the bay bottom and collect all surficial bottom material within, including live oysters. Samples will be placed into bags or baskets brought to the surface where they will be quantified for live oyster density and size frequency distribution of live

  • Project Personnel It is understood and agreed that the Project Director identified at Item 3, Page One of this Agreement shall be responsible for the overall supervision and conduct of the Work on behalf of the Contractor and that the persons described in the Statement of Work shall serve in the capacities described therein. Any change of Project Director by the Contractor shall be subject to the prior written approval of NYSERDA. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, and, in the event that notice of approval or disapproval is not received by the Contractor within thirty (30) days after receipt of request for approval by NYSERDA, the requested change in Project Director shall be considered approved. In the event that NYSERDA requires additional time for considering approval, NYSERDA shall notify the Contractor within thirty (30) days of receipt of the request for approval that additional time is required and shall specify the additional amount of time necessary up to thirty (30) days.

  • Employee Facilities Employee Facilities. Restrooms and attendant facilities shall be provided as required in the orders and regulations of the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries. A good faith effort will be made by the Employer to provide facilities for employees’ personal belongings.

  • Excluded Personnel The Union will not represent anyone in a supervisory capacity or other representatives of management.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.   • Medical Facilities Space shall be designated to permit an ill or injured employee to lie down until disposition of need. Cots, beds, stretchers, or pads are acceptable for this purpose. Space shall not be used for a storage area or any other purpose that would make it unavailable for immediate use in rendering first aid care.

  • Sub-projects 1. The Participating Bank shall make Sub-loans to Beneficiaries and appraise, review, approve, and supervise Sub-projects in accordance with the criteria, conditions and procedures set forth in the Operations Manual, including, inter alia, the following eligibility criteria:

  • Consultant Personnel Consultant shall provide adequate, experienced personnel, capable of and devoted to the successful performance of the Services under this Agreement. Consultant agrees to assign specific individuals to key positions. If deemed qualified, the Consultant is encouraged to hire City residents to fill vacant positions at all levels. Consultant agrees that, upon commencement of the Services to be performed under this Agreement, key personnel shall not be removed or replaced without prior written notice to the City. If key personnel are not available to perform the Services for a continuous period exceeding 30 calendar days, or are expected to devote substantially less effort to the Services than initially anticipated, Consultant shall immediately notify the City of same and shall, subject to the concurrence of the City, replace such personnel with personnel possessing substantially equal ability and qualifications.

  • PROJECT 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.
