Senior Professor. The annual salary of Faculty Members will increase Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) upon award of promotion to Senior Professor.
Senior Professor. Any tenured faculty member having been awarded the title Senior Professor in accordance with the promotional process in this Article.
Senior Professor. Professors may apply for promotion of Senior Professor five (5) years from the award of Professor with submission of portfolio materials in accordance with submission timelines in this Article. Award of promotion and salary increase will be effective the following instructional year.
Senior Professor. Upon receiving the promotion to Professor, each faculty member will continue to update and expand their Portfolio with elements and artifacts to document their activities performed after the last promotion. The Portfolio will include documentation of the continued growth in the areas of success in educating, advising and mentoring students; scholarship; and service to the College community as described in Appendix G. The contribution to the College community as it relates to mentoring colleagues is heavily weighted.
Senior Professor. The Senior Professor title can be assigned to a faculty member with senior faculty status who, at the time of formal retirement, is willing to continue teaching on an adjunctive basis. The faculty member may teach up to six hours a semester. He/she will assume no other faculty responsibilities unless he/she volunteers to do so.

  • Assistant Professor An Assistant Professor is a member of a Faculty of the University who shall ordinarily have the following minimum qualifications:

  • Continuing Professional Development The Official Agency shall provide appropriate training for staff performing official controls, enabling them to undertake their duties competently and to carry out official controls in a consistent manner, as per legislative requirements. The Official Agency shall identify training needs for staff performing official controls and ensure that staff carrying out official controls are kept up to date in their area of competence and develop specialised expertise, in partnership with the Authority and other Local Authorities. While the provision of training is the primary responsibility of the Official Agency, the Authority may provide training interventions where the Official Agency has highlighted areas where training is required. The Authority will endeavour to facilitate networking and collaboration with other Official Agencies to assist in improving knowledge in such areas. The Authority will provide e-learning resources and training for official control staff so as to promote a consistent understanding and application of new legislation, guidance or procedures, as appropriate. The Official Agency shall support participants in using e-learning resources, disseminating knowledge or skills acquired and encourage the application of learning gained through the Authority’s training in official control activities. The Official Agency shall ensure that contractors used in the performance of the Service Contract provide evidence of Continuous Professional Development and Compliance with this section. Where staff from the Official Agency need to travel outside the Official Agency functional area to attend training courses/meetings, this shall be facilitated by the Official Agency. The Official Agency in partnership with the Authority shall develop and implement training programmes for all staff engaged in the performance of the Service Contract. Where staff have participated in Better Training for Safer Food (BTSF) the training content shall be disseminated to relevant staff/contractors in the Official Agency and other local authorities in partnership with the Authority.

  • Professional Development Leave A. Policy. Professional development leave shall be made available to employees who meet the requirements set forth below. Such leaves are granted to increase an employee's value to the University through enhanced opportunities for professional renewal, educational travel, study, formal education, research, writing, or other experience of professional value, not as a reward for service.

  • PROFESSORS, TEACHERS AND RESEARCHERS 1. An individual who is a resident of a Contracting State immediately before making a visit to the other Contracting State, and who, at the invitation of any university, college, school or other similar educational institution which is recognized by the competent authority in that other Contracting State, visits that other Contracting State for a period not exceeding two years solely for the purpose of teaching or research or both at such educational institution shall be exempt from tax in that other Contracting State on any remuneration for such teaching or research.

  • Teacher Professional Growth Plan 9.1.1 Teacher Professional Growth Plans will consider but will not be required to include the School Division’s goals.

  • Asset Management Supplier will: i) maintain an asset inventory of all media and equipment where Accenture Data is stored. Access to such media and equipment will be restricted to authorized Personnel; ii) classify Accenture Data so that it is properly identified and access to it is appropriately restricted; iii) maintain an acceptable use policy with restrictions on printing Accenture Data and procedures for appropriately disposing of printed materials that contain Accenture Data when such data is no longer needed under the Agreement; iv) maintain an appropriate approval process whereby Supplier’s approval is required prior to its Personnel storing Accenture Data on portable devices, remotely accessing Accenture Data, or processing such data outside of Supplier facilities. If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.

  • Other Professional Services We will provide you the various implementation-related services itemized in the Investment Summary and described in the Statement of Work.

  • Outside Professional Activities The President/Superintendent may undertake outside professional activities, including consulting, speaking, and writing provided these activities do not interfere with the President/Superintendent’s duties.
