Common use of Senior Leverage Ratio Clause in Contracts

Senior Leverage Ratio. The Credit Parties shall not permit the Senior Leverage Ratio for the twelve month period ending on any date set forth below to be greater than the maximum ratio set forth in the table below opposite such date: Date Maximum Senior Leverage Ratio March 31, 2010 and the last day of each fiscal quarter thereafter through the fiscal quarter ending December 31, 2010 2.50 to 1.00 March 31, 2011 through the fiscal quarter ending June 30, 2011 2.25 to 1.00 September 30, 2011 and the last day of each fiscal quarter thereafter 2.00 to 1.00
