Senior High Schools. Each high school shall receive one percent (1%) of the base salary for each full-time equivalent classroom teacher to be used solely for department chairperson compensation. In addition, each comprehensive high school shall allocate a minimum of 1.0 FTE for department chair compensation. Non-traditional high schools/programs shall allocate a minimum of 0.1 FTE for department chair compensation. The Principal, with mutual agreement from impacted staff members, shall choose the organizational structure with the titles listed above, their related job descriptions, and compensation structure.

Senior High Schools. English, math, science, social studies, business education, industrial arts, home economics, art, music and foreign language and/or physical education only if the department has at least four (4) full-time equated members. Full-time equated members are calculated by dividing the number of department sections by five (5) for buildings with a six-period day and by six (6) for buildings with a seven- period day.
Senior High Schools. The principals shall be granted full time for supervision and administration but may elect to teach for a portion of their administrative time. Senior High Schools. The teacher workday at the Senior High School level shall be a six (6) hour and fifty-five (55) minute workday during which students shall be present for six (6) hours and forty-five (45) minutes. In no event shall the teacher workday at the Senior High School level start earlier than 7:30 a.m. and conclude any later than 3:45 p.m.

  • Cultural Resources If a cultural resource is discovered, the Purchaser shall immediately suspend all operations in the vicinity of the cultural resource and notify the Forest Officer. Operations may only resume if authorized by the Forest Officer. Cultural resources identified and protected elsewhere in this contract are exempted from this clause. Cultural resources, once discovered or identified, are not to be disturbed by the Purchaser, or his, her or its employees and/or sub- contractors.
