Senior and Middle a. Middle and Senior High School hours are 8:00 - 4:00. Schools may make adjustment to these times, but the total time shall be maintained. High school teachers may, on a voluntary basis, start work at an earlier starting time than 8:00 a.m. and leave work at an earlier release time if they teach in a high school instructional program which starts prior to 8:00 a.m. The total time for the teachers in these programs shall be the same as the total work hours for all other teachers in the same building. The ending time of day will be moved proportionate to the adjusted starting time, e.g. 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.; 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Lunch hours will vary from school to school and Middle and Senior High staff meetings are governed by the rules outlined above.

  • PROFESSORS AND TEACHERS A professor or teacher who makes a temporary visit to a Contracting State for a period not exceeding two years for the purpose of teaching or conducting research at a university, college, school or other educational institution, and who is, or immediately before such visit was, a resident of the other Contracting State shall be exempt from tax in the first-mentioned Contracting State in respect of remuneration for such teaching or research.
