FIRM’S OBLIGATIONS 3.1 Firm shall comply with the Rules and this Agreement at all times and shall timely pay all fees established in accordance with the Rules.
Parties Obligations The Parties’ obligations under this Agreement will continue notwithstanding the existence of a Material Change.
Parties to Perform Obligations 16.4.1 Notwithstanding the existence of any Dispute and difference referred to the Appropriate Commission and save as the Appropriate Commission may otherwise direct by a final or interim order, the Parties hereto shall continue to perform their respective obligations (which are not in dispute) under this Agreement.
Client Obligations 3.1 The Client shall:
TRANSNET’S OBLIGATIONS 8.1 Transnet undertakes to promptly comply with any reasonable request by the Supplier/Service Provider for information, including information concerning Transnet's operations and activities, that relates to the Goods/Services as may be necessary for the Supplier/Service Provider to provide the Goods/Services, but for no other purpose. However, Transnet's compliance with any request for information is subject to any internal security rules and requirements and subject to the observance by the Supplier/Service Provider of its confidentiality obligations under this Agreement.
COUNCIL’S OBLIGATIONS Save as otherwise expressly provided, the obligations of the Council under the Contract are obligations of the Council in its capacity as a contracting counterparty and nothing in the Contract shall operate as an obligation upon, or in any other way xxxxxx or constrain the Council in any other capacity, nor shall the exercise by the Council of its duties and powers in any other capacity lead to any liability under the Contract (howsoever arising) on the part of the Council to the Provider.
Client’s Obligations 4.1 The Client shall:
STUDENT OBLIGATIONS The student agrees to use the property as his or her personal residence. The student shall maintain the interior of the property in a reasonably clean and safe condition, use reasonable care in consumption of utilities and services furnished by the landlord, and avoid unreasonable noise or other disruption of the privacy and peaceful enjoyment of the premises by the landlord and other students. The student shall be responsible for any damage to the property beyond reasonable wear and tear by the student, members of the student's family, or persons invited on the property by the student. The student shall not make, or cause to be made, any alterations to the property or its contents without first obtaining the written consent of the landlord. The student agrees to notify the landlord in writing about any needed repairs or violations of the Honor Code or Residential Living Standards involving other students or residents. *The BYU Student agrees to update their residential address on myBYU each semester/term, failure to do so will result in non-compliance fees of up to $175 and housing holds affecting their ability to register.
Local Church’s Obligations Within sixty days of the Disaffiliation Date, or such shorter time necessary for Local church to satisfy all its obligations hereunder (the “Closing Date”), Local Church shall do the following:
Payment Obligations The Fund shall promptly pay or cause to be paid all amounts payable by it hereunder and under the Related Documents, according to the terms hereof and thereof, shall take such actions as may be necessary to include all payments hereunder and thereunder which are subject to appropriation in its budget and make full appropriations related thereto, and shall duly perform each of its obligations under this Agreement and the Related Documents. All payments of any sums due hereunder shall be made in the amounts required hereunder without any reduction or setoff, notwithstanding the assertion of any right of recoupment or setoff or of any counterclaim by the Fund.
