Semi-Annual Review. Development executives of each Party shall meet twice each year to review Licensor Software plans.
Semi-Annual Review. Except as otherwise provided in Section 9 ------------------ hereof, the Administrator will perform the procedures set forth below on a semi-annual basis (the "Review"). Except as otherwise provided in Section 9 hereof, each Review will cover the six-month period preceding the Review, or in the case of the initial Review the six-month period commencing January 1, 2002 (each such period, the "Review Period"). Each Review will begin as soon as practical after the end of each Review Period, and be completed no later than the last day of the month immediately following each Review Period ("Review Completion Date"). Within five Business Days after the Review Completion Date, the Administrator shall give EU a notice that the Review has been completed ("Completion Notice").
Semi-Annual Review. (a) The Borrower shall carry out, jointly with the Association, a comprehensive semi-annual project implementation review aimed at: (i) documenting progress toward objectives; (ii) identifying and resolving obstacles to Project implementation; and (iii) adjusting, in agreement with the Association, targets and corresponding programs to reflect progress achieved in the implementation of the Project as of the date of the review, and ensuring responsiveness to changes to effectively achieve the objectives of the Project.
Semi-Annual Review. The Parties’ authorized representatives shall meet semi-annually to review and discuss this Agreement and, if applicable, to recommend amendments to this Agreement to their respective governing bodies.
Semi-Annual Review. Each party shall forthwith upon execution of this Agreement appoint one of its employees to be a relationship manager responsible for liaison between the parties. The relationship managers shall meet not less than semi-annually to review the current status of the business relationship and manage any issues that have arisen.

Semi-Annual Review. 9.1 On a semi-annual schedule, or as otherwise needed, the Grantee will meet with the Grantor to review developmental milestones of the Project and explore opportunities to access state-supported programs that provide funding, infrastructure, and services critical to advancing the research and commercialization goals of the Project. Semi-Annual Review. Visa shall conduct a semi-annual review of the Program to evaluate progress, review obligations among Program participants and make decisions on adjusting plans. C.A.T. shall send appropriate representatives to Visa's headquarters in or near Foster City, California, to participate in such semi-annual review process. Dates for the project reviews will be agreed to by the parties, such agreement not to be unreasonably delayed or withheld.
Semi-Annual Review. During the term of this agreement the Air Quality Committee will voluntarily continue meeting to oversee the program of scientific research described in "Planning Measures" and to monitor progress. On an annual basis, the Air Quality Committee during November through March will assess the effectiveness of voluntary or mandatory control measures in conjunction with improved technical understanding of the ozone problem. As part of the annual review the Committee will consult with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to consider whether to recommend any mid-course corrections to the action plan. The Air Quality Committee will provide semiannual reports for US EPA Region 6, TCEQ, and local stakeholders containing the latest information on implementation of control measures, ozone monitoring data, and the success of current measures.
