Semi annually the Employer shall provide the Union with an updated list of all employees of the Xxxxxxxxxx County Fire and Rescue Service who at the time are in a probationary status. Such list shall contain the following information for each probationary employee: name, home address, current station assignment, and date of hire. These semi-annual reports will be provided to the Union by March 1 and September 1 each calendar year.

Semi annually Borrower shall conduct a review of the tax status of each Individual Puerto Rico Property and a reassessment of any parcels related to such Individual Puerto Rico Properties. Promptly following Borrower’s completion of such review, Borrower shall provide to Lender an update of the list of tax parcel numbers for each Individual Puerto Rico Property attached to the Borrower’s Certificate as Exhibit H and any other documentation prepared by, or on behalf of Borrower, in connection with such review.

Semi. The Publisher agrees to render semi-annual statements ANNUAL of account to March 31st and September 30th of each year, STATEMENTS on the succeeding July 1st and January 1st and to make settlements in cash or about said last mentioned dates. In making accountings, the Publisher shall have the right to allow PAYMENTS for a reasonable reserve against returns and nonpayment of invoices for copies billed out by the Publisher.

Semi annually, the District will provide the Union with information on employees in the unit that includes home address and telephone number job classification, current range and step, work location, date of hire, full time equivalent work assignment (FTE), and any other information mutually agreed to. At the beginning of each semester, upon request, the District will provide SEIU, Local 1021, a set of electronic (email) mailing labels of unit members. The Union may update the list during the year by use of Board of Trustees minutes provided with the Board agenda. If additional information is requested, the Union will pay the actual costs incurred by the District to provide such information. 2.3.3.1 For employees with a written request to not release personal contact information on file with Human Resources prior to July 1, 2014, home address and telephone numbers will not be included in information provided to the union.

Semi retirees shall be credited with one year's additional seniority for each summer season they return to work.
