Common use of Selling Price Clause in Contracts

Selling Price. Heska, in its sole discretion, shall determine the final sales price of Products Sold by Heska to Affiliates and Third Parties in the Field in the Territory, and no other term or provision in this Agreement shall be interpreted or deemed to provide Fuji with any right to determine the final sales price of Products Sold by Heska hereunder.
