Seller shall, at its sole expense, be obligated to (A) maintain the Interconnection Facilities, including metering facilities; and (B) perform all necessary (1) Transmission Upgrades and (2) Network Upgrades, as defined in the CAISO Tariff, which shall include Delivery Network Upgrades and Reliability Network Upgrades, as such terms are defined in the CAISO Tariff, in order to satisfy Seller’s Transmission Upgrade obligation in subpart (B)(1) of this Section 3.1(h).
