Self-Hauled Materials. A Commercial Business Owner or Resident may Dispose of Recyclable Materials, Organic Materials, Solid Waste, and Construction and Demolition Debris generated in or on their own Premises with their own vehicle. However, the Owner or Resident shall be required to subscribe to and pay for the minimum required level of Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Organic Materials Collection services provided by the Contractor in accordance with Exhibit B.

Self-Hauled Materials. A Commercial business Owner, Occupant or Resident may Dispose of 79 Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, Organic Materials, and C&D generated in or on their own 80 Premises with their own vehicle;
Self-Hauled Materials. A Commercial Business Owner or Resident may Collect and Transport Recyclable Materials, Organic Materials, Solid Waste, and Construction and Demolition Debris for Processing generated in or on their own Premises with their own vehicle. Persons whose Premise is located within a Universal Collection Area may self-haul, 709 for Disposal or Processing, Discarded Materials generated in or on their own Premises 710 provided that they also shall be responsible for maintaining a minimum level of service from 711 a franchise hauler to ensure that the County’s obligation to public health and safety is met.

  • Recycled Materials Xxxxxxx County encourages the use of products made of recycled materials and shall give preference in purchasing to products made of recycled materials if the products meet applicable specifications as to quantity and quality. Xxxxxxx County will be the sole judge in determining product preference application.

  • Stored Materials The Department shall not be required to pay for materials stored at the site or stored at other locations absent prior written authorization to do so, which authorization may be withheld at the Department's sole discretion. If the Department expressly agrees to pay for materials stored at the site but not yet incorporated into the Work, the Application for Payment may also include a request for payment of the cost of such materials, if the materials have been delivered to the site, and suitably stored. Such requests shall be documented by appropriate invoices and bills of sale. Payment for stored materials shall be conditioned also on the Design-Builder’s representation that it has inspected the material and found it to be free from defect and otherwise in conformity with this Agreement, and on satisfactory evidence that the materials are insured under the builder’s risk policy. Further, if the Design-Builder requests the Department to allow payments for storage of materials offsite, the Design-Builder shall be required, inter alia, to agree to execution of proper documentation to afford the Department a secured interest in the materials upon payment.

  • Licensed Materials The materials that are the subject of this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A ("Licensed Materials").

  • Recyclable Materials “Recyclable Materials” means Solid Waste consisting of any material 371 which retains useful properties and can be reclaimed after the production or consumption process.

  • Recovered Materials A. In the performance of this Contract, Contractor shall make maximum use of products containing recovered materials that are EPA-designated items unless the product cannot be acquired.

  • COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS Dental Group hereby grants Manager the right to --------------------- use any and all copyrighted materials authored or owned by Dental Group including, specifically, the Dental Group dental management system software programs (the "Programs"). This license includes the right to sublicense the Programs and the right to prepare and own derivative works based on the Programs, all without a duty of accounting to Dental Group. Dental Group shall execute all documents required to enable Manager to own, use and exploit all such rights.

  • USE OF RECYCLED OR REMANUFACTURED MATERIALS New York State supports and encourages contractors to use recycled, remanufactured or recovered materials in the manufacture of products and packaging to the maximum extent practicable without jeopardizing the performance or intended end use of the product or packaging unless such use is precluded due to health or safety requirements or product specifications contained herein. Refurbished or remanufactured components or products are required to be restored to original performance and regulatory standards and functions and are required to meet all other requirements of this bid solicitation. Warranties on refurbished or remanufactured components or products must be identical to the manufacturer's new equipment warranty or industry's normal warranty when remanufacturer does not offer new equipment. See "Remanufactured, Recycled, Recyclable or Recovered Materials" in Appendix B, OGS General Specifications.

  • Supplies and Materials The Service Provider shall make available certain materials and supplies to the Customer for use in introducing VINE to the community. The creation of print, radio and television PSAs is included in the fees.

  • Equipment and Materials Contractor at its sole cost and expense shall provide and furnish all tools, labor, materials, equipment, transportation services and any other items (collectively, "Equipment") which are required or necessary to perform the Services in a manner which is consistent with generally accepted standards of the profession for similar services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, District shall not be responsible for any damages to persons or property as a result of the use, misuse or failure of any Equipment used by Contractor of the Contracted Parties, even if such Equipment is furnished, rented or loaned to Contractor or the Contracted Parties by District. Furthermore, any Equipment or workmanship that does not conform to the regulations of this Agreement may be rejected by District and in such case must be promptly remedied or replaced by Contractor at no additional cost to District and subject to District’s reasonable satisfaction.
