For an employee whose rate is within the new salary range, but not at a corresponding salary step, their current salary rate shall be adjusted to the next higher rate closest to their current salary upon the effective date. “Red-circle” under Article 81, Section 3 will apply when appropriate, (i.e., in cases of downward reclassification). *Facility and Energy Technician 3s will be placed on-step in the new range for the revised classification to the nearest step which is greater than the employee’s current adjusted salary rate. The adjusted salary rate is inclusive of the employee’s base rate of pay and the five percent (5%) FETs Recruitment and Retention Differential. Selective Salary Increases. In recognizing the need for a selective salary adjustment, management will add one hundred ($100) dollars to each step of the Assistant and Senior Attorney Generals‘ compensation plan, effective January 1, 2013.
