Selective Salary Adjustment. Custodian from SR 9 to SR10‌ The Custodian classification will be adjusted based on the following implementation procedure: An employee who has been at the top step in the salary range of their classification for at least twelve (12) full calendar months before October 1, 2001 will receive a step increase effective October 1, 2001 and a new eligibility date of October 1, 2002 will be assigned. All other employees will retain their current salary rate until their next salary eligibility date at which time the employee will move to the next higher step in the range. However, if the employee's current salary does not match any rate in the new salary range, the employee will move on the date of implementation to the next higher rate in the new salary range that is closest to their current salary. Employees whose current rate is below the first step of the new range shall be moved to the first step of the new range on October 1, 2001 and a new eligibility date of October 1, 2002 will be assigned.
