Selection of Personnel. A. All personnel assigned by Seller to perform Services hereunder shall be capable of perform- ing such Services and will be qualified in accor- dance with the classifications assigned, or equivalent. If Buyer objects to the qualifications of Seller’s personnel, Xxxxxx agrees to withdraw and replace immediately any personnel that Xxxxx deems unacceptable, even though such personnel have been approved previously by Buyer. If Xxxxxx’s personnel, who are acceptable to Xxxxx, resign or discontinue employment for any reason, Seller shall immediately replace such personnel without additional cost to Buyer. Seller shall ensure that each person assigned to perform Services under this Order is qualified in accor- dance with the classifications assigned, if any, and possesses the items of personal equipment, if any, specified for the Services to be performed.

Selection of Personnel. The District shall hire teachers for summer school. Where a qualified District 205 teacher is available, that teacher shall be hired subject to the following. Only District 205 teachers meeting ISBE licensure requirements for the position will be considered. The principal and the summer school director, subject to the approval of the Superintendent, shall select the summer school staff with the aid of the District’s then current sequence of honorable dismissal list (i.e. the District’s “RIF” list) with the inclusion of seniority in groups 3 and 4 as defined in Article 15 of this agreement:

Vital Images will have the right to request that Bio-Vascular replace personnel who do not perform the Services properly and in accordance with reasonable technical or general work standards.
