Selection of Participants. The Committee, in its sole discretion, shall select the Employees who shall be Participants in the Plan and the Committee may, in its sole discretion, select Employees to participate in the Plan at any time during any Performance Period.

The benefits to the GS Group (including benefits relating to investments by and business relationships of the GS Group) arising from a decision to select the specific Issuer, Assets, Trustee and/or Agents in relation to an offering of Notes pursuant to the Programme may be greater than they would have been had another issuer and/or other assets been selected. In addition, the fees, allocations, compensation, remuneration, and other benefits to the GS Group arising from its business relationships with the specific Issuer, Trustee and Assets selected for an offering of Notes pursuant to the Programme may be greater as a result of the selection of such Issuer and/or Trustee, and the portfolio, investment, service provider or other decisions made by the GS Group for such Issuer than they would have been had other decisions been made, which also might have been appropriate for such Issuer.

The Parties will give each other at least four (4) months’ notice of their participating exchange students. Availability of any specific course is not guaranteed. Exchange students must meet any course prerequisites set by the academic unit offering the course. Selection of Participants. It is understood that both institutions will strive to designate only well- qualified individuals for participation in the program. Academic backgrounds will be provided to the host institution subject to the written consent of the student. Students must have completed at least two semesters of studies or equivalent at the home institution. Students must meet language proficiency requirements as established by the host institution. The minimum required level of language proficiency should be equivalent to B 2/C 1 (Common European Framework of References for Languages). The home institution must submit nominations of its candidates for the student exchange program on or prior to the final nomination date.
Selection of Participants. 5.1 The home institution shall be responsible for recruitment, screening and recommendation of students to the host institution. Each party will send only those students who meet the admission requirements and enrollment constraints of the host institution.

Prospective students will be selected for the exchange by the faculty coordinator at the participant’s home institution. Selection of Participants. All patients above 16 years of age admitted to the ED on the days selected for data collection were included. Patients with minor injuries triaged as blue by both CTA and ADAPT were excluded from the study, since their vital signs were not measured. Patients who were not triaged by two different ED personnel using CTA were also excluded from the study. On study days patients admitted to the specific section were assessed once using the conventional ADAPT method and twice by different members of the ED triage personnel using CTA. The triage categories of CTA as well as the maximum waiting time to an assessment by a doctor are identical to those of ADAPT. The red category was the most urgent, while the green category was the least urgent, see figure 1. To ensure the clinical presentation and vital signs of the patient did not change between the assessments, the ED personnel were performing the CTA assessment at the same time blinded to the other’s triage. At the beginning of each shift in the study period, the ED personnel received a brief instruction in CTA and how the triage level should be determined, as well as a general presentation of the study. Apart from this, the nurses did not receive any further training in the use of CTA prior to data collection. Triage staff The ED personnel performing the triage were nurses, social- and health service assistants (SOSU) and student nurses, in accordance with the usual clinical practice. We classified the raters as either ‘experienced’ or ‘not experienced’, where an “Experienced rater” had at least 2 years of work experience in the ED. Ethics approval The study was performed without the need for a formal ethics approval in accordance with Danish law. The triage nurses gave consent to participate, as did patients. Statistics
