Selection of Carrier. The District will offer insurance plans as provided in this Article. The selection of the insurance carrier and policy shall be made by the District, subject to the coverage requirements of this article. In the case of those policies in which the premiums are paid jointly by the District and the teacher, the District will meet and confer with the Union prior to the purchase or change in the benefits of any policy.
