Selection of Academic Administrators. 6.4.2.2.1 This provision applies only to Academic Administrators other than at the Vice-Presidential level and above. Appointments of Academic Administrators shall be made only after wide consultation with the University community and, specifically, after consultation with the members of a Faculty or area(s) reporting to the administrator. Appointees are expected to hold appropriate academic qualifications as specified for the position.

Selection of Academic Administrators. (re: T3 ) The selection committee for an Academic Administrator will have a minimum of one Association Member on it providing that that Academic Administrator supervises at least one MFA bargaining unit member. If the Academic Administrator also supervises members of the BCGEU, then there shall be at least one member of the BCGEU on the selection committee. There shall be at least one member of CUPE on the selection committee. At least two thirds of the selection committee membership shall be selected by and from the unionized employees supervised by the Academic Administrator. The percentage of Association selection committee shall not be less than two thirds multiplied by the percentage of employees supervised by the Academic Administrator who are members of the MFA Bargaining Unit in that specific Faculty. The selection committee shall be chaired by the person to whom the Administrator reports.
Selection of Academic Administrators. Each College and the Educational Services Center shall develop written procedures in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Education Code, Title 5 of the California Administrative Code, the relevant Human Resources Guides and under these Board Rules governing the selection of academic administrators. Search committee participants shall complete appropriate training in diversity and equal employment opportunity and affirmative action principles pursuant to LACCD’s EEO Plan. Selection of employees to fill academic administrative positions at a college or the Educational Services Center shall be made in accordance with those procedures once they have been reviewed by the Division of Human Resources and certified as meeting the State Minimum requirements.

  • Selection of Administrator The Parties have jointly selected CPT Group, Inc. to serve as the Administrator and verified that, as a condition of appointment, CPT Group, Inc. agrees to be bound by this Agreement and to perform, as a fiduciary, all duties specified in this Agreement in exchange for payment of Administration Expenses. The Parties and their Counsel represent that they have no interest or relationship, financial or otherwise, with the Administrator other than a professional relationship arising out of prior experiences administering settlements.

  • Provider Selection To the extent applicable to Provider in performance of the Agreement, Provider shall comply with 42 CFR 438.214, as may be amended from time to time, which includes, but is not limited to the selection and retention of providers, credentialing and recredentialing requirements and nondiscrimination. If Subcontractor and/or Health Plan delegate credentialing to Provider, Subcontractor and/or Health Plan will provide monitoring and oversight and Provider shall ensure that all licensed medical professionals are credentialed in accordance with Health Plan’s and the State Contract’s credentialing requirements.

  • Appointment of Administrator Each Trust hereby appoints EIS as Administrator of the Trust and each of its series listed on SCHEDULE A attached hereto on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement; and EIS hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the services and duties set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement in consideration of the compensation provided for in Section 4 hereof.
