On a case-by-case basis and with the Association’s approval, Consultations’ Qualifications could be used for contracts estimated to cost more than $100,000, but less than $200,000.

Services of rendered by consulting firms estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract contract, and services of individual consultants estimated to cost less than not exceeding in the aggregate $50,000 equivalent per contract may 600,000 equivalent, shall be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1,3.1 and 3.7 of the Consultant Guidelines. Least Cost Selection Services rendered by consulting firms for assignments of a standard or routine nature estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract, and not exceeding in the aggregate $400,000 equivalent, shall be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.6 of the Consultant Guidelines.

Services of consulting firms estimated to cost less than than: (a) $100,000 equivalent per contract for consulting firms, and services of individual consultants estimated to cost less than (b) $50,000 equivalent per contract for individual consultants may be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1,3.1 and 3.7 of the Consultant Guidelines.
