  • INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL Show Management reserves the right to fix the time for the installation of a booth prior to the Show opening and for its removal after the conclusion of the Show. Installation of all exhibits must be fully completed by the opening time of the exposition. Any space not claimed and occupied three hours prior to opening, may be resold or reassigned without refund.   • Licenses for Permanent Installation The contractor must comply with all State mandatory licensing requirements prior to installation. Questions on licensing requirements should be directed to the State Licensing Board. Contractor must furnish and install all furniture and materials in compliance with all applicable codes, whether local, state, or federal; and that all permits or licenses required for installation will be obtained without cost to the State.

  • Maintenance, Alteration and Repair (a) Resident is responsible for and agrees to take good care of the premises, fixtures and all common areas. Resident may not remove any of Owner’s property and will not perform any repairs, upgrades, painting, wallpapering, electric changes or other alterations of the premises without prior written consent from Owner. Resident will be responsible for damage from waste stoppages caused by foreign or improper objects or improper use in lines serving bathrooms, damage to fixtures, appliances, doors, windows, screens, damage from water faucets left on or from doors left open, and repairs or replacements to alarm devices necessitated by misuse or damage by Resident and/or guests.   • Installation and Maintenance Except for the bi‐directional and production metering equipment owned by the City, all equipment on Customer’s side of the delivery point, including the required disconnect device, shall be provided and maintained in satisfactory operating condition by Customer and shall remain the property and responsibility of the Customer. The City will bear no responsibility for the installation or maintenance of Customer’s equipment or for any damage to property as a result of any failure or malfunction thereof. The City shall not be liable, directly or indirectly for permitting or continuing to allow the interconnection of the Facility or for the acts or omissions of Customer or the failure or malfunction of any equipment of Customer that causes loss or injury, including death, to any party.

  • Delivered and Installed Off loaded, and installed. Installation shall include but not limited to; any and all labor, material, and tools necessary to install furniture in accordance with approved plans and specifications and/or the direction of authorized agency personnel. The installation company will be responsible for the removal of any trash, packing material, and cartons associated with their installation. The contractor/installation company will repair/replace (to the satisfaction of the ordering entity) any damage to the building or its’ contents that they (the contractor) caused in the course of their work. The agency may withhold payment until repairs are satisfactorily completed.

  • Installation and Acceptance 4.1 Unless otherwise agreed in the Proposal, SDSD shall install the Product and other Licensed Materials on the Equipment.
