To that end the Buyer must have filled out and returned to   (DNR Representative) Attachment C "Standard Erosion and Sediment Control Plan for Forest Harvest Operations" (hereinafter referred to as "Sediment Plan") prior to commencing any harvest activities. Failure to do so will render this Agreement voidable. The Sediment Plan is hereby expressly incorporated into this Agreement and compliance with it is required.
