Security to be Provided. Pursuant to Section 11.5 of this Agreement, Developer shall provide Security to National Grid (i) in the amount of $980,000 for the new Attachment Facilities required for the expansion project, and (ii) in the amount of $826,000 for the additional new Attachment Facilities not required for the expansion project, on or before the dates shown for the provision of such Security in the table of Milestones above.
