Security Terms. Each party agrees to comply with the Data and Physical Security Requirements attached hereto as Schedule D. It shall be understood that for purposes of this Agreement, references in Schedule D to a “Seller” shall mean a Provider and references to a “Buyer” shall mean a Recipient.

Security Terms. 3.1. In order to reduce the risks associated with the facsimile transmission of the Communication as much as possible, upon receipt of the facsimile Communication, provided that it meets the requirements of the Agreement, the Sending Party must contact the Receiving Party by telephone to confirm the validity and authenticity of the Communication and the information contained therein with respect to the Sending Party’s true intention.

General Information Security Standards Supplier represents and warrants that it has in place and will maintain a comprehensive, written information security program pursuant to which it has implemented administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to: (1) ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability and security of Customer Data; (2) protect against any foreseeable threats or hazards thereto; (3) protect against unauthorised, accidental or unlawful access to or use of Customer Data and Supplier systems; (4) protect against unauthorised, accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, encryption or misuse of Customer Data and (5) ensure that Supplier’s Personnel are appropriately trained to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, availability and security of Customer Data, consistent with the terms of the DPA, these Security Terms, other provisions of this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations; Such safeguards will include, without limitation, the application of Industry Standard Safeguards to protect Supplier’s systems used to Process Customer Data, and to limit access to Customer Data to only those employees, agents or service providers of Supplier who need the information to carry out the purposes for which Customer Data was disclosed to Supplier; Such safeguards are no less rigorous than those used by Sup...
