Security Responsibility. R3’s information security manager is responsible for ensuring that any technical solutions to the protection of personal data meet the requirements of the controller, the information owner and applicable regulation. R3 has no obligation to protect Customer Data outside of what is collected via website unless otherwise agreed upon with Customer.

Security Responsibility. It is understood that the United States Government, through the agency or agencies responsible for the administration of the energy program, may request the Laboratory to deny employment to, or to remove from the work, any person whose employment or continued employment is deemed by the Government prejudicial to the interests of the Government. In the event the Laboratory is requested by the Government for any reason to deny employment to, or to remove from the work, any person, the Union shall abide by such determination by the Government; and no grievance may be processed through the grievance procedure nor submitted to arbitration with respect to such determination. Nothing in this Agreement shall alter, diminish, or in any way affect the obligation of employees as expressed in the Security Acknowledgment which each employee executes as a prerequisite to employment; nor shall any provision of this Agreement affect any rights or remedies available through the United States Department of Energy procedures to a person whose denial or termination of employment is requested by the Government.
Security Responsibility. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that, while Landlord may engage security personnel to patrol the Buildings or the Project, Landlord is not providing any security services with respect to the Premises, the Buildings or the Project and that Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for, and Tenant waives any claim against Landlord with respect to, any property loss by theft or any other damage suffered or incurred by Tenant in connection with any unauthorized entry into the Premises or any other breach of security with respect to the Premises, the Buildings or the Project.

Security Responsibility. The Company has certain obligations in its contracts with the government pertaining to security and that security is vital to the Company and the Union in carrying on their part in the National Space Program. If the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) through their duly authorized representatives concerned with security advise the Company that employees are denied access to the Xxxxxxx Space Center, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station or Xxxxxxx Air Force Base the employees shall be subject to any action as to their employment, up to but not limited to termination. Employees unable to obtain the necessary security clearances, if applicable to their work area, shall have no seniority rights while such determination is unresolved. In this case if a review by the appropriate government authority results in a reversal of the original ruling, employees’ rights shall be reinstated. If employees have been removed from employment for security reasons and a reversal is obtained after their removal, they shall be offered reinstatement with all their rights restored.
Security Responsibility. It is understood that the Laboratory may be requested by the Department of Energy to deny admission to the site to persons whose presence, in their opinion, would be prejudicial to the interests of the United States, or discharge a person whose continued employment would, in their opinion, be prejudicial to the interests of the United States. Such denials of admission or terminations of employment shall be final and not subject to review under the griev- ance procedure of this Contract.

Client shall be responsible for controlling access to the Client Portal and maintaining security of Client’s login credentials.
