SECURITY GATE. The security gate is left in the closed position for the maximum security of the guests. The gate will only be left in the open position for events or special occasions and permission must be requested in writing. Regular vendors such as UPS, FEDEX, mail carrier, newspaper delivery will be issued access to entry. If you will have a visitor or new vendor and the gate is closed when they arrive – you must go to the gate to let them in. As you enter or exit the Community when the gate is closed, please stop until the gate closes behind you. DO NOT OPEN THE GATE FOR ANYONE YOU DON’T KNOW; TELL THEM THEY ARE TO CALL THE NUMBER OF THE GUEST THEY ARE VISITING OR THE OFFICE (THE TELEPHONE # IS ON THE CARD BOX POST AT THE GATE ENTRANCE.)

SECURITY GATE. Safety is a key consideration during Project construction activities. Upon leaving PR 280 the site will be deemed an active construction site and not open to public use. A security gate and gatehouse will be installed in the summer of 2010 at km 174 of PR280 (see Figure 4.2-1). The security gatehouse will be constructed at the junction of PR 280 and the proposed road to prevent public access for the duration of the Project. The security gatehouse will be staffed by a security contractor on a full-time basis. The security gatehouse will be equipped with a turnaround apron for larger vehicles to exit back onto PR 280 if declined entry at the gatehouse. Construction contractors, their employees and authorized subcontractors will be required to follow pre-defined identification and access procedures to gain access to the road and construction site for the duration of the Project.
SECURITY GATE a. In the event that Provo City Police Officers are requested during a game, the cost of the Police Officers would be billed to the renter at $300 per game or two Officers at time and a half pay per hour with a minimum of 3 hours. Per Provo City policy, two Officers would be necessary for the event and there would be a three hour minimum hourly charge for each officer at time and a half pay.
SECURITY GATE. All trucks must stop at the Security Gate.

  • Security Cameras Security cameras have been installed throughout the Facility; however, they will not routinely be used in areas where there is an expectation of privacy, such as restrooms or patient care areas.

You may be required to maintain a telephone connection through your local exchange carrier in order to use any alarm monitoring functions for any security system installed in your home or business. You are responsible for contacting the alarm monitoring company to test the compatibility of any alarm monitoring or security system with the Service.

  • Security System The site and the Work area may be protected by limited access security systems. An initial access code number will be issued to the Contractor by the County. Thereafter, all costs for changing the access code due to changes in personnel or required substitution of contracts shall be paid by the Contractor and may be deducted from payments due or to become due to the Contractor. Furthermore, any alarms originating from the Contractor’s operations shall also be paid by the Contractor and may be deducted from payments due or to become due to the Contractor.

  • Security Safeguards (1) Each party acknowledges that it is solely responsible for determining and communicating to the other the appropriate technological, physical, and organizational security measures required to protect Personal Data.

  • Security Badging Any Company employee, or any employee of its contractors or agents, that require unescorted access to the Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) to perform work under this Agreement will be badged with an Airport identification badge (hereinafter referred to as "Badge") provided by Authority’s ID Badging Department and will be subject to an FBI fingerprint-based criminal history records check (CHRC) and an annual Security Threat Assessment (STA). A new or renewed Badge will not be issued to an individual until the results of the CHRC and the STA are completed and indicate that the applicant has not been convicted of a disqualifying criminal offense. If the CHRC or STA discloses a disqualifying criminal offense, the individual’s new or renewed badge application will be rejected. The costs of the CHRC and the annual STA will be paid by Company. These costs are subject to change without notice, and Company will be responsible for paying any increase in the costs. All badged employees of Company and its contractors or agents will comply with Authority's regulations regarding the use and display of Badges. Company will be assessed a fine for each Badge that is lost, stolen, unaccounted for or not returned to Authority at the time of Badge expiration, employee termination, termination of the Agreement, or upon written request by Authority. This fine will be paid by Company within 15 days from the date of invoice. The fine is subject to change without notice, and Company will be responsible for paying any increase in the fine. If any Company employee is terminated or leaves Company’s employment, Authority must be notified immediately, and the Badge must be returned to Authority promptly.

  • Security Measures Lessee hereby acknowledges that the rental payable to Lessor hereunder does not include the cost of guard service or other security measures, and that Lessor shall have no obligation whatsoever to provide same. Lessee assumes all responsibility for the protection of the Premises, Lessee, its agents and invitees and their property from the acts of third parties.

  • Security Services CONTRACTOR shall provide security services designed for preventing escapes, maintaining order, providing care, custody, control, supervision and management of the inmate population. A successful security program depends heavily on staff training, effective administration, and the establishment of inmate programs. The organization, staffing, and administration of the security program are vital to the Facility. The direction provided by a well-organized and clearly articulated operations manual, and emergency planning provides a solid base for successful administration. The final operations manual shall be submitted to the Bureau prior to the Service Commencement Date and shall be reviewed annually and updated as needed. Documentation of the review shall be provided annually to the On- Site Contract Monitor. Changes to the plan require written permission by the Contract Manager. The Department reserves the right to require changes to plans submitted to the Bureau.

  • Security Controls Annually, upon Fund’s reasonable request, Transfer Agent shall provide Fund’s Chief Information Security Officer or his or her designee with a copy of its corporate information security controls that form the basis for Transfer Agent’s Security Policy and an opportunity to discuss Transfer Agent’s information security measures, and a high level summary of any vulnerability testing conducted by Transfer Agent on its information security controls, with a qualified member of Transfer Agent’s information technology management team. Transfer Agent shall review its Security Policy annually.
