Security for Payment and Performance. (a) Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, (i) Westinghouse agrees to supply to Owner a parent company guaranty from Toshiba in the form set forth as Exhibit I-1 and (ii) Stone & Xxxxxxx agrees to supply to Owner a parent company guaranty from Xxxx in the form set forth as Exhibit I-2.

Security for Payment and Performance. The Collateral is given to secure the Loans and is and will be used as security for any and all other obligations of Borrower to the Bank, whether now existing or hereafter arising. Repayment and performance of the Obligations is secured by the Collateral Documents, including, but not limited to the following:
