Security for Employees. (h) The school system will continue to work toward ensuring that systems exist whereby teachers can effectively and expeditiously communicate with the main office in the event of an emergency. Security for Employees. ‌ It is the intent of the parties that employees, in workstations where there is a potential for violence from outside parties, shall pursue the matter through local occupational health and safety committees. Appropriate security systems shall be considered by the local occupational health and safety committees. The Employer affected shall use the information and recommendations from these committees to continue, on an ongoing basis, the implementation of security systems, subject to such matters as:

  • RESPONSIBILITY FOR EMPLOYEES To the extent that the Contract involves the provision of the Services to UNDP by the Contractor’s officials, employees, agents, servants, subcontractors and other representatives (collectively, the Contractor’s “personnel”), the following provisions shall apply:

  • DNR Employees An employee of the Department of Natural Resources may meet the basic eligibility requirement for participation in the Group Insurance Program based on a combination of seasonal and temporary project employment. Eligibility commences after completion of three (3) years of continuous service in which the basic eligibility requirements are met; continues until the employee completes a year in which the basic eligibility requirements are not met; and commences again after the employee meets or is anticipated to meet the basic eligibility requirements in one (1) year.

  • Contractor Employees 10.1 Details of any individuals employed by contractors working in the school.

  • Former Employees All Employees terminating service with the Employer during the Plan Year and who have satisfied the eligibility requirements based on the terms of the Employer's accumulated benefits plans checked below (select all that apply; leave blank if no exclusions):

  • Holiday Pay for Employees Laid Off An employee who is laid off at the close of business the day before a holiday who has worked not less than five (5) previous consecutive work days shall be paid for the holiday.
