Security, etc. 4.1 Article 32 GDPR stipulates that, taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of the Processing as well as the risk of varying likelihood and severity for the rights and freedoms of natural persons, the Customer and Supplier shall implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk. The Customer shall evaluate the risks to the rights and freedoms of natural persons inherent in the Processing and implement measures to mitigate those risks.

The tenant is to be held responsible even if loss or damage has been caused by his or her friends, member of family, guests, lodgers or persons undertaking work on behalf of the tenant in the room. The tenant is not responsible for defects and damages resulting from normal usage. It shall also be noted in the protocol how eventual losses, defects or damages are to be compensated. The inspection protocol shall be drawn up in two identical copies, each signed by both parties, of which the landlord and tenant have each take one copy. Security, etc. 3.1 In order to protect the Personal Data, the Data Processor must implement ap- propriate technical and organisational measures in such a manner that the pro- cessing meets the requirements of the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data and, as of 25 May 2018, EU Regulation 2016/679 on General Data Protec- tion (the “General Data Protection Regulation”). The nature of such measures must take into account the technical level at the relevant time, the expenses, nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing and the risks to the rights of natural persons.
Security, etc. The Supplier will take the technical and organisational measures as required under Data Protection Law in order to ensure an appropriate level of security in relation to the risk and to protect the Personal Data that is Processed from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access. The Supplier shall perform the measures required to adhere to section 31 of the Swedish Personal Data Act (1998:204) or, as of the Commencement Date, the replacing Article 32 of the General Data Protection Regulation. The Supplier shall, as of the Commencement Date, assist the Customer in ensuring compliance with the obligations pursuant to Articles 32 to 36 of the General Data Protection Regulation, taking into account the nature of Processing and the information available to the Supplier.
