Security and Maintenance. Medical Management shall provide Doctor's Care with all services and personnel necessary to provide Doctor's Care with proper security, maintenance, and cleanliness of the Offices and the furniture, fixtures, equipment, and leasehold improvements located thereat. Additionally, Medical Management shall furnish to or obtain for group all laundry, linens, uniforms, printing, stationery, forms, telephone service, postage, duplication services, and any and all other supplies and services of a similar nature which are necessary in connection with the day-to-day operation of the Offices.

Security and Maintenance. Design shall advise HLM with respect to all services and personnel necessary to provide HLM with proper security, maintenance, and cleanliness of the Offices and the Equipment.

Subject to Association approval, ------------------------ Company will provide Association with all services and personnel necessary to provide Association with proper security, maintenance and cleanliness of the facilities provided by Company for the use of Association, and the furniture, fixtures, furnishings and equipment located at such facilities. Additionally, Company will furnish to, or obtain for, Association all laundry, linen, uniforms, printing, stationery, forms, telephones, postage, duplication services, and any and all other supplies and services of a similar nature which are necessary, in Association's opinion, in connection with the day-to-day operation of Association's medical practice at the facilities provided by Company for the use of Association.

The COUNTY shall provide security for the premises (equal to the security provided to the County’s own equipment) throughout the term of the Use Agreement at no additional charge to CenturyLink. The COUNTY, at its expense, shall maintain the tower, building, security fences, and all related facilities in good order and condition and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations throughout the term of the Use Agreement. CenturyLink shall be responsible for maintenance of its facilities and equipment. In the event that the COUNTY fails to maintain the tower with respect to any FCC/FAA regulations, CenturyLink shall notify the COUNTY of such default and request cure within ten (10) days.

Grays Harbor College shall be responsible for its facilities and equipment. The County will respond to circuit and equipment problems on a priority basis with its Public Safety Systems having first priority.
