Common use of Security and Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Security and Confidentiality. The Grantee shall not divulge to third parties any clearly marked confidential information obtained by the Grantee or its agents, distributors, resellers, subcontractors, officers or employees in the course of performing Grant work. To ensure confidentiality, the Grantee shall take appropriate steps regarding its personnel, agents, and subcontractors. The warranties of this paragraph shall survive the Grant.
