Securities Issuable in Global Form. (a) If so specified in the Company Order referred to in Section 303, any amount of the Senior Notes may be issued in the form of one or more permanent Global Securities registered in the name of the Depositary. Such Global Securities shall be substantially in the forms set forth in Exhibit A with such modifications as may be necessary or desirable to reflect the issuance thereof in global form.
