Secured Party. s rights and remedies under this Agreement or otherwise arising are cumulative and may be exercised singularly or concurrently. Neither the failure nor any delay on the part of the Secured Party to exercise any right, power or privilege under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, power or privilege preclude any other or further exercise of that or any other right, power or privilege.
