Common use of Secured Obligation Clause in Contracts

Secured Obligation. The obligations of the Company under this Note are secured by substantially all assets of the Company and each Subsidiary pursuant to the Security Agreement, dated as of August __, 2018 between the Company, the Subsidiaries of the Company and the Secured Parties (as defined therein).

Secured Obligation.
