  • Section E Any employee who works on a designated holiday shall receive eight (8) hours holiday pay plus one and one-half (1 1/2) times his regular rate of pay for all hours worked on the holiday. Section F Employees will be granted sixteen (16) hours paid leave per calendar year to be utilized for personal business. Notice to the employee's supervisor forty-eight (48) hours in advance shall be required to take such time off, except in the event of a personal emergency.

  • Section C An employee who terminates a leave during the school year must apply for and be appointed to a vacant position.

  • Section 1.4 (a) Upon timely request, the Department of Administrative Services shall make available at no cost to the Union the latest copy of any SEIU Local 503, OPEU bargaining unit employee statistical and expenditure reports relative to employment and benefits currently produced by the Department of Administrative Services which do not require manual or machine editing to remove confidential data or non-SEIU Local 503, OPEU bargaining unit employee data. Such request must be made in advance of the preparation of the reports.
